I have only good things to say about James and crew at Hometown Auto. The communication was on point and they did all they said they would do and more. They fixed a couple of things on my GMC Canyon that wasn't included in the final bill (popped a dent out) and I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service. I couldn't recommend them more.

Helpful and fast

I was told that my 2016 F350 Super Duty needed a new Turbo Charger after just having the exhaust system changed out. I went to HomeTown. James listened to the engine and climbed under the hood and found that the Turbo charge rubber hose had blown a hole in it. James recommended an Aluminum Alloy charge pipe. This saved me $. From now on I will use HomeTown to maintenance my vehicle.

I have used Hometown Tire & Auto for maintenance and tires on my car, and have always been happy with the service. Recently, I had a more complex issue that needed to be addressed. James took care of everything, kept me updated during the process, and went the extra mile to make the experience more pleasant. Nobody likes having car problems, and it makes a huge difference when you feel like someone actually cares. Thank you, James and Rob, for the great customer service.
