Fuel pump went out on my Chevy 3500 and had it towed to Hometown Auto. Stephen had a time with all of GMCs national shortages, but got it running for me… thanks!

There is this one person there they where on there brake I’m pretty sure but they got up to help put air in our tires and didn’t charge us anything…

Hometown was quick to help me when my car battery went dead in my garage. Changed out my old battery with a new one and on his way. Thank you hometown I have you on speed dial.

I just moved to town and was concerned since I didnt know anyone or who to ask about where to take my truck. Honestly from the first time I spoke with Stephen I felt at ease. Hometown Auto took care of me and did awesome work on my truck. I will definitely tell others and take my truck back for any repairs needed.

I had a bad experience with these people they charge me for something it wasn't even wrong with my car. And then at the end they tried to tell me my car was stalling and they didn't connect a hose. My husband had to go and connect it for them. They just took my money and made me waste my time. The next day I went to another mechanic and was told that the piece that was working by these people wasn't working they took the piece off put on a new piece and made the car work. I don't recommend going here to fix your car unless you want to waste your money. Most of the people here just take their car to get fixed and don't know much about what's under the hood so people like this take a vantage of you and told you whatever they want and say somethings wrong with it and it's not even that.
