Overcharged for a repair on an flow actuator, mechanics took the seats, airbags and dash out, completely unnecessary for an actuator replacement. We also found the emergency release for the parking brake wasn’t reconnected post repair, almost requiring a tow truck.

They were courteous and professional. I would have hoped for a little bit lower bill, but everything nowadays is expensive.
