I will start with the first phone call I made. Lady on the phone said first come first serve on vehicle alignments. That's wrong. Called back a few days later and set up an appointment. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early. Didn't look at my truck for 45 minutes and the stall they pulled it in wasn't even the alignment stall. Second mistake. An hour later after sitting outside I was told alignment couldn't be done (bad wheel bearings). First off tell me you don't want to do it and I'll take my business somewhere else. DONT lie to me! Did you know if you go to get a alignment they do an inspection and if you don't pass the inspection they charge you $20 but if you do pass they only charge you for the alignment. Dishonest and not trust worthy. Tell me fees up front don't tell me after the fact.

Took my Saturn relay in for alot of things and they all got done the right way.....got another truck in shop now and wouldn't go to another shop.....nice and friendly people and keeps on till done right...

Called at about eight and got appointment for eleven thirty. Personal courteous and professional. Took two hours to get alignment. Nice waiting area and one outside also. Highly recommend. This was my first visit and I will be back.

This place is amazing. They check your vehicle and give you an estimate before they do the job. The prices are great also. I dont trust anybody else with my cars. Ernest and everybody there are so nice . I recommend this place its honest, fast, affordable, and friendly.

Hometown Tire & Auto has always been great to work with. My most recent work involved them doing warranty work on my vehicle. They made the repair and communicated with the warranty provider to minimize the costs. Also, the owners and employees are very nice and polite.
