Made an appointment to have the back brakes checked. They did a quick check on all the brakes and showed me that the back brakes did need replacing , with no issues with the rotors. They then gave me a price that I agreed with, and work was completed in less than two hours. I was extremely happy with the work and the quick turn around. Highly professional!

Lack of information, the man at front counter don't know anything really. I told him I needed a front end alignment and he told me $59.99 and all wheel alignment $79.00. then when they came across a problem couldn't do a alignment I asked for my van ( did not one time say anything about the $29.30 alignment check) so the brought around my van and as I was leaving the man runs out and yells you owe money I'm like for what and he says we charge for a alignment check. But until this point that was never brought up about a alignment check are the pride of that. Had it been brought up I would of paid it before I got in my truck. Instead of him making me look like I was tring to run off without paying. I will never return to hometown tire and auto, in liberty Texas.

Rob and the staff at Hometown Tire & Auto are super friendly and they don't try to sell you more than what you actually need. They explain exactly what is being charged and why, as well as letting me know about other options. I came here for a simple service on my car and received just that in a timely manner. Overall awesome experience. Will definitely come back when needed in the future.

Staff was friendly. They were able to order the tires I wanted and had them in the next day. The only issues were one of my tire stem covers was missing and they put the wrong psi in the front tires. Over all good job. Will return.
