Everyone over there are so kind and takes time in layman's terms what the issue is. They are very professional which is very hard to find in these days else where. They know we as customers pay their salaries. These guy's are very hard honest workers. I have called numerous time's with stupid questions and they have explained the issue and helped me get it done. On our street everyone told us to go to Hometown Auto, and thankfully these guy's delivered on the job. Thanks guy's a devoted customer.

Made an appointment to have the back brakes checked. They did a quick check on all the brakes and showed me that the back brakes did need replacing , with no issues with the rotors. They then gave me a price that I agreed with, and work was completed in less than two hours. I was extremely happy with the work and the quick turn around. Highly professional!

Lack of information, the man at front counter don't know anything really. I told him I needed a front end alignment and he told me $59.99 and all wheel alignment $79.00. then when they came across a problem couldn't do a alignment I asked for my van ( did not one time say anything about the $29.30 alignment check) so the brought around my van and as I was leaving the man runs out and yells you owe money I'm like for what and he says we charge for a alignment check. But until this point that was never brought up about a alignment check are the pride of that. Had it been brought up I would of paid it before I got in my truck. Instead of him making me look like I was tring to run off without paying. I will never return to hometown tire and auto, in liberty Texas.

They explain exactly what is being charged and why, as well as letting me know about other options. I came here for a simple service on my car and received just that in a timely manner.
